Common questions
How do I delete my account? Use the account deletion link on the Settings screen, or write to the address above. Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days.
Is the money in the game real? No. All the money, goods and companies in the game are fictional; they cannot be bought or sold for real money and have no real-world value.
I forgot my password. Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen. If you signed in with Apple or Google, you can sign in again with the same button.
Someone scammed me. In-game trading happens between players. You can file a complaint from the Police Station screen, and you can also report rule-breaking behavior to the address above.
