About the game
Esnaf Simulator is a trading and life simulation. The money, goods, companies, shares and all other values in the game are fictional.
In-game values have no real-world value. They cannot be bought or sold for real money, cannot be converted into cash and are not an investment instrument. The Stock Market, Bazaar and Bank screens in the game do not represent real financial markets, and none of them is investment advice.
No real-money gambling takes place in the game, and no real-money prizes are awarded.
Your account
You must be over 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone.
No one may manipulate the game’s economy by opening multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, they will be closed.
Prohibited conduct
Buying, selling or trading in-game assets for real money, or advertising such offers.
Cheating, automation (bots), exploiting bugs, or making artificial transactions between your own accounts in order to disrupt the game’s economy.
Insulting, harassing or threatening other players; hate speech; posting obscene or illegal content.
Impersonating another person, organization or brand.
Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or closed without warning.
Trades between players
Bazaar, Dealership and Stock Market trades take place between players. We are not responsible for how another player behaves toward you.
The game includes deception and haggling as part of its fiction. You can file complaints through the Police Station screen and report rule violations to us.
User content and zero tolerance
We have zero tolerance for profanity, insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, obscenity and illegal content.
Everything you write passes through an automatic filter: inappropriate language and contact details that would take communication outside the game are hidden.
Every post, every comment and every user profile has a way to report it. We review reported content and, if it breaks the rules, remove it within 24 hours; we suspend or close the account that posted it.
You can block any player from the Settings > Blocked users screen or directly from their profile. Posts, comments and messages from a blocked player become invisible immediately, and neither of you can message the other.

Your content
The photos, text and listings you share belong to you. By sharing them, you grant us a limited license to use them so we can display them in the game.
We reserve the right to remove content that breaks the rules.
Continuity of service
The game is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption; there may be temporary outages due to maintenance, updates or technical failures.
When the game’s balance requires it, we may change rules, prices and economic settings, and correct balances that were created in error.
If we discontinue the service, we will announce it a reasonable amount of time in advance.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time. In-game assets of a deleted account cannot be restored.
We may close accounts that violate the rules; in that case, no compensation can be claimed for in-game assets.
