This is a translation for your convenience. If there is any difference, the Turkish version prevails.
Data we collect
Account information: your email address, username and display name. If you sign in with Apple or Google, the ID number and email address that provider gives us. If you use the “Hide My Email” option when signing in with Apple, we never see your real address.
Profile information: your city, year of birth, “about me” text and profile photo, only if you enter them yourself. None of these are required.
Game data: your balance, possessions, company, listings, messages and transaction history. Since the game is a trading simulation, these records are the game itself.
Technical data: IP address and server access logs (for security purposes, kept for 90 days), and your device’s notification token if you have allowed notifications.
Data we do not collect
We do not collect your location, contacts, photo library (unless you choose a photo yourself), health data or payment card details.
We do not use any ad networks, we do not read advertising IDs and we do not track you outside the app.
We do not sell your data to any third party.
Why we process data
To create your account and verify your sign-in.
To run the game itself: keeping records of trades, dealership, bank and messaging activity.
To detect fraud and rule violations and to protect the game’s economy.
To send you in-game notifications if you have allowed them. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Who we share it with
Other players: your username, display name, profile photo, reputation, listings and notary record are visible to everyone in the game. The game is built on this.
Apple / Google: only if you choose to sign in with them, for authentication.
Google Firebase (notification infrastructure): your device token and the notification text, if you have allowed notifications.
Apart from this, your data stays on our servers. It is not shared with anyone unless there is a legal request.
How long we keep it
Your game data is kept for as long as your account is open.
If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days. To preserve the game’s economic integrity, past transaction records may remain in a form separated from your identity (anonymized).
Server access logs are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
Under the KVKK (Turkey’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data) and the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing.
To exercise these rights, just write to info@musavirlerkulubu.com.tr. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
Children
Esnaf Simulator is not intended for users under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we learn of such an account, we delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page, and you will be notified in the app of any significant changes.
