Deleting in the app
You can delete your account yourself in the Esnaf Simulator app:
1. Open the app and sign in to your account.
2. From the phone’s home screen, open the Settings app.
3. Tap the Delete my account link at the bottom of the page.
4. Read the warning and confirm. Your account is closed after this step.
Requesting deletion by email
If you can’t get into the app or would rather submit your request in writing, send an email from your account’s email address to info@musavirlerkulubu.com.tr with the subject “Account deletion request” and include your in-game username.
Once we verify your identity, we complete your request within 30 days at the latest and let you know.
Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following are permanently deleted: your email address, your username and display name, your profile photo, profile information such as your city and year of birth, your phone number, your “about me” text, your posts and the photos you uploaded, your conversations with other players, your listings and your notification token.
This data is removed from our systems within 30 days at the latest after your request.
Data that is kept, and for how long
To preserve the game’s economic integrity, past trade and notary transfer records remain in a form separated from your identity (anonymized). These records contain no name, email or any other information that identifies you, and they cannot be linked to your account.
Server access logs (including IP addresses) are kept for security purposes and automatically deleted 90 days after they are created.
If there is a record we are legally required to keep, it is kept only for the period required by the applicable legislation.
Deleting only some of your data
You can also remove part of your data without deleting your account entirely:
In the app: you can delete your posts and photos one by one from the Showcase screen, your messages from the WhatsApp screen and your listings from the Bazaar screen. You can remove or change your profile photo, city, year of birth and “about me” information from the Settings screen.
By email: for a specific piece of data, write to info@musavirlerkulubu.com.tr; just tell us which data you want deleted. Your request is completed within 30 days at the latest.
These actions do not close your account; you carry on playing from where you left off.
What to know before you delete
Account deletion cannot be undone. Your in-game money, possessions, company and reputation cannot be restored.
You can sign up again with the same email address, but you will start from scratch.
