Esnaf Simulator
Esnaf Simulator · Economy game

Economy and trading simulation

The loan you take from the bank turns into goods at the market, the market profit turns into a title deed, and the rent from that deed turns into shares on the Stock Market. All in one living economy.

Players set the prices

Prices in Esnaf Simulator aren’t fixed. Thousands of players buy and sell in the same market: when demand rises, prices go up; when everyone sells, they fall. The city sees tens of thousands of transactions a day. The game even has inflation, so leaving your money sitting in the account is a decision too.

Stock Market and crypto

Shares of companies that players have taken public trade on the Stock Market. You buy shares, collect dividends when the company pays out profits, and sell when the price rises. On the crypto side there are 50 different coins; they move fast and they can lose you money fast.

Real estate and construction

More than 32,000 title deeds change hands in the city. You buy a home, shop or plot of land; when you rent it out, rent lands in your account automatically every period. You can start construction on your land and put up a building.

Bank

You can deposit money to earn interest, or take out a loan to grow your business. Players can lend to each other with promissory notes; installments not paid on time go on your record.

Jeweler and gold

Gold is a safe haven in the game too. You can buy and sell gold at the Jeweler, or open your own jewelry shop. The gold price moves with the market.

Businesses

Each business finds its own customers, and the earnings go into your account.

There’s no guaranteed profit. Don’t trust a player who says “This stock will double tomorrow, send me your money.” Nobody in the game can guarantee anyone a profit.
